The Akrapovic Racing and Evolution systems are the flagships of our line. They are designed for riders who want to get the absolute maximum out of their exhaust system. They deliver power and torque increases which experienced riders will be able to turn to their advantage on the track, and also offer top production quality and great looks. The Street Legal version comes with a noise damper installed in the muffler. You will also benefit from weight savings up to 6.21 kg with our Evolution system compared to the stock system.

Measurements of the Akrapovic EVOLUTION system on the SUZUKI GSX-R 600 (without muffler insert):

Power & Torque: the performance increase with the Akrapovic Racing or Evolution system can be seen clearly from the power and torque curves. The engine responds more quickly even at low revs, and the power increase continues to build up to around 9000 rpm. From there on the increase remains constant up to the top of the range. Max. increased power is 6.9 HP at 9200 rpm.
