Exchanges:

Hyperformance Parts allows you to exchange your item free of charge within 30 days of your purchase; this does not apply to special or custom orders.
No exchanges past 30 days
Hyperformance Parts does not reimburse shipping charges
Hyperformance Parts does not cover return shipping charges

Warranties:

Hyperformance Parts sells products as is with no warranty implemented or implied through our website.  However, most manufacturers do cover their products on an exchange only basis from defects and damage during delivery.  Please check with your manufacturer if you have questions about their policies.  Most warranty exchanges will be done directly through the manufacturers.  This usually includes:

Damaged in delivery
Defective merchandise
Paint matching doesn’t match
LED lights burn out

Returns:

All returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days of your original order date.  Hyperformance Parts does not accept returns past 30 days of purchase.  All returned merchandise must still be in the box in unused condition.  Hyperformance Parts is not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping fees.  This includes the following conditions:

Merchandise cannot be painted
Merchandise cannot be drilled
Merchandise cannot be used or installed
Merchandise cannot be altered in any way from its original shipped condition
Original packaging and box must be in good condition
